摘要
本文分析了国内外图书馆关于人力资源管理上的不同与差距,以及我国图书馆内部在人力资源管理中存在的若干对矛盾,提出我国图书馆人力资源管理要采取联合与共享的方式,进行改革与创新,并提出了一系列具体措施。
This article analyzes the difference and gap in library human resource management between China and abroad, and presents some contradictions in the Chinese library human resources management. The author suggests that the Chinese libraries should allow jointing and sharing approaches in human resource management to make new reform and innovation, and puts forward a series of concrete measures.
