摘要
以环烷基常压侧线油为原料,采用低级醇A、碱性溶剂B组成复合萃取溶剂,脱除原料中的石油酸,以达到变压器油、冷冻机油等润滑油料酸值指标要求;同时对脱除的石油酸进行溶剂抽提,提取粗环烷酸。结果表明:在A与原料剂油比为0.03和B浓度为5%,反应温度为60℃,萃取时间为20min,相分离时间为15min时,可以将基础油中酸值从3.75mgKOH/g降至0.03mgKOH/g以下;采用溶剂C抽提环烷酸,在负模式下用液相色谱-质谱分析得到,环烷酸相对分子量集中在220~420。
The deacidification solvent test was adopted for meeting the specification of acid value of transformer oil,refrigerator oil and other lubricating oil,removal of the oil acid,with naphthenic base distillate oil as raw material. And naphthenic acids is extracted by solvent,from the removal of oil acid. The results showed that this solvent could remove the most of acidic substances in base oil under the condition of deacidification temperature 60 ℃,extraction time 20 min,phase separation time 15 min,A concentration 5% ,and B volume consumption is 3% of treated raw oil. The acid value could reduce from 3. 75 mg KOH/g to less than 0. 03 mg KOH/g. Extraction of naphthenic acid by solvent C,the molecular weight concentrated in the 220 -420 in naphthenic acids by LC-MS.
