摘要
社会行动理论为水电项目社会评价提供了必要的理论基础,且具有很强的应用性。从社会行动的理论出发,水电项目社会评价的行动理论范式围绕"项目社会行动"这一核心概念展开,焦点在项目社会行动与社会发生关联的区域。水电项目社会评价的行动理论范式是过程性的,不同阶段有着不同的内容与重点。
Social action theory provides a necessary theoretical basis for the Hydroelectric Projects Social Assessment（HPSA）.The core concept of the paradigm of HPSA from the Social Action Theory is Project Social Action（PSA）.The focus of HPSA lies in the interactive area between the PSA and the external society.The paradigm can be divided into three stages.The key issue of pre-HPSA is to define the social influences;the key issue of medium-term-HPSA is the interactive adaptation between the project and the people influenced;and the key issue of post-HPSA lies in the social effects.Methods adopted by the paradigm can be chosen based on the nature of project society.
