摘要
以低碳Si-Mn钢为原料,通过控制轧制和控制冷却工艺,获得了铁素体和贝氏体的双相组织钢。检测结果表明:两种试验钢板均具有低的屈强比(ReL/Rm<0.67)、高的伸长率(A>28%)、高的加工硬化能力(n>0.28)、高的塑性应变比(r>0.98)、低的韧脆转变温度(低于-70℃)以及翻边性能良好(λ>95%)等特点。
Two low carbon Si-Mn steels with a duplex microstructure of ferrite and bainite were trial-manufactured by controlled rolling and controlled cooling process.The experimental steels both had low yield ratio(R eL/Rm 0.67),high percentage elongation(A28%),high work hardening ability(n0.28)and plastic strain ratio(r0.98),low ductile-brittle transition temperature(DBTT-70℃)and good flangeability(λ95%).
