摘要
对DP600热轧双相高强钢板的焊接性进行了系统研究。对于不同焊接热输入下热轧双相高强钢板焊接接头强度性能、显微硬度分布、冲击韧度及显微组织分析表明,气体保护焊粗晶区硬度高韧度低,细晶区组织细小,激光焊粗晶区域较窄,其焊接热影响区冲击韧度较高;DP600热轧双相高强钢板焊接热影响区以铁素体与贝氏体为主,同时在铁素体基体上弥散分布细小碳化物。
The weldability of hot rolled dual phase steel DP600 was studied. Analyses on the strength, hardness distribution, impact toughness and microstructure of welded joints for dual phase steel at different heat input show that, with gas metal arc welding, the hardness of coarse grain zone is higher and its toughness is lower; while with laser welding, the coarse grain zone is narrow and the impact toughness of heat affected zone is higher than that with gas metal arc welding. Microstructure of heat affected zone for dual phase steel DP600 is ferrite and bainite with fine carbide dispersed on the ferrite matrix.
