In order to realize a sound and fast development of a hospital,we must start with standardization of department construction and set up a criterion of scientific evaluation system.Through improving the system,standardizing the department＇s Party affairs,professionals and technology,administration,medical performance,service process and so on,and expanding a new model of service and management,so as to realize the goal of standardized management,scientific medical service,humanized service,branding discipline and humanistic circumstance.
