摘要
以企业持续成长理论为基础,采用多案例分析法梳理了摩托罗拉、宏基、联想和华为四大电子制造公司在10亿美元至100亿美元规模期间的组织变革与大调整,并从市场与产品策略、组织结构、制度与文化三个方面归纳了基于规模增长的企业可持续成长轨迹.研究表明,随着规模增长,组织变革的方向具有一定的规律性,但其内容与方式多样化,企业要根据环境需要灵活应变才能实现可持续成长.
Based on the sustainable growth theory of firms, it uses multi-case method to study four electronic manufactttring firms including Motorola, Acer, Lenovo and Huawei, and analyzes their organizational changes and transformation experiences during the period when their scales increased from 1 billion USD to 10 billions USD. Scale-based or- ganizational evolution path is summarized from three aspects of market and product strategy, organizational structure, and organizational culture and system. It shows certain patterns in organizational evolution along the scale growth. However, the contents and approaches of organizational transformation differ greatly. Therefore, the key for firms to mainrain sustainable growth is to flexibly adapt the content and methods of organizational transformation to rapid changing environment.
