卵巢癌组织中KLK6,7,10的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

Expression Levels and Their Significance of KLK6,7,10 in Ovarian Cancer Tissues

摘要 目的探讨人激肤释放酶家族成员KLK6,7,10在卵巢癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用RT-PCR方法检测KLK6,KLK7及KLK10在卵巢癌组织、正常卵巢组织及卵巢良性肿瘤组织中的基因表达水平。结果KLK6,7,10基因的表达在卵巢癌组织中都有不同程度的升高,与正常卵巢组织相比差异有统计学显著性意义(t值分别为4.84,2.73,7.34)。KLK6,10基因在卵巢癌组织中的表达高于卵巢良性肿瘤,差异有统计学显著性意义(t值分别为5.97,7.42)。KLK7基因在卵巢癌组织和卵巢良性肿瘤组织的表达差异无统计学意义(t=1.84,P〉0.05)。结论KLK6,10基因在卵巢癌组织表达明显增强,有望成为卵巢癌的肿瘤标志物。KLK7基因的表达在卵巢癌组织与卵巢良性肿瘤组织中差异无明显统计学意义。 Objective To study the expression of KLK6,7 and 10 in ovarian cancer tissue and the significances of them in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of KLK6,7 and 10 in ovarian cancer tlssue,benign ovarian tumor tissue and normal ovarian tissue. Results The expression levels of KLK6,7 and 10 gene in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal ovarian tissues (t value was 4.84,2. 73 and 7.34,respectively). The expression levels of KLK6 and 10 gene in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor tissues(t value was 5.97 and 7.42 ,respectively). The expression level of KLK7 was no obvious statistic difference between benign ovarian tumor tissues and ovarian cancer tissues (t= 1.84,P〉0.05). Conclusion The expression levels of KLK6 and 10 gene were highly increased in ovarian cancer tissues and they may become new tumor markers for ovarian cancer. There was no obvious statistic difference of the expression level between benign orarian tumor tissues and ovarian cancer tissues.
