摘要
财政政策是政府为实现宏观经济目标,对财政收支的规模与结构进行调整,以达到调控经济发展、促进社会进步的目的。文章系统梳理了近年来我国财政政策扶持林业产业的概况,运用财政与经济增长的关系理论,阐述了财政政策促进林业发展的实现途径,分析了财政政策对林业资本投入、产业结构、技术进步的影响,阐明了运用财政手段调控林业产业发展的机理。
The fiscal policy is the macro goals of government to adjust the scale of revenue and expense,and achieve the aim on the economic development to robust business development.This article combs the recent policies which supports the forestry industry development and use the fiscal and economic development＇s theory,demonstrates the practical way to develop forestry industry,analyzes the fiscal investment on forestry,business structure,technology development,illustrates the mechanism of the fiscal measures regulating forestry development.
