摘要
目的:研究3,4二氯苯丙烯酰另丁胺(简称AED8801)对大鼠脑缺血/再灌注损伤的作用及探讨其在抗脂质过氧化方面的影响。方法:建立Pulsineli四血管阻断大鼠脑缺血/再灌注模型,通过生化检测手段,对脑组织中与脂质过氧化有关的一些指标进行检测。结果:AED8801能使脑缺血/再灌注大鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(SeGSHPx)活性增加;脑组织及血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量降低;脑组织中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性提高。结论:AED8801对脑缺血/再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE:To study the protective effect of 3,4 dichlorophenyl propenoyl sec butylamine (AED 8801 ) on cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats and to investigate its protective mechanisms of antioxidation.METHODS:The model of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats was established by the occlusion of four vessl to study the protective effect of AED 8801 .With biochemical methods,some indices relate to lipid peroxidation of brain tissue were measured. RESULTS:It was found that AED 8801 elevated the activity of SOD and Se GSH P x in brain tissue ofcerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats,decreased MDA contents in brain tissue and serum,elevated the activity of LDH and CK in brain tissue,respectively. CONCLUSION: AED 8801 can protect the injury of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion. Its mechanism is due to the antioxidative function.
