摘要 阐述了基于磁通门检测技术的钢丝绳探伤传感器的设计原理和方法,为适合钢丝绳探伤需要,对磁通门进行周向布置设计;为消除股间漏磁场,对磁通门进行了改进设计;并设计了与检测速度无关的空域定位器来记录确信的位置和缺陷信号的宽度。 The design theory and method of the steel wire rope detecting sensor based on flux gate testing technology are introduced in this paper. In order to satisfy the testing requirement, a circle arrangement is designed, and a further device is made to decrease the influence of leakage field between the strands. An airspace location unit which is not in relation to the testing velocity is also designed to record the exact position of the defect and the width of the defect signals.
