摘要
随着社会经济的发展,人力资源正成为最积极最活跃最主动的生产要素。但是,我国人力资源开发存在着诸多弊端。人力资源开发应遵循效率与成本原则,实现资源的合理配置。
With the development of society and economy,human resources have been becoming one of the most active factors of production.However,there are many drawbacks in our human resources development.The development of them should follow the principles of efficiency and cost.And accordingly,we can allot the various resources.
