摘要
目的阐明雷公藤甲素对大鼠心肌的毒性作用机制。方法雄性SD大鼠20只随机分为两组,包括正常对照组和雷公藤甲素组,连续灌胃7周后断头处死,用HE染色法和透射电镜法,从形态学方面探讨雷公藤甲素对大鼠心肌的病理损害和毒性机制。结果光镜下可见雷公藤甲素组大鼠左心室心肌间质扩张充血,有灶性出血;电镜下可见雷公藤甲素组心肌有水肿,少数线粒体肿胀,嵴突破坏,肌质网扩张。结论心肌对雷公藤甲素具有较高的敏感性,较长期服用雷公藤甲素对大鼠心肌具有毒性作用。
ObjectiveTo study intoxication of triptolide in rat myocardial. Methods20 male SD rats were divided into 2 groups randomly, the control group and the group of triptolide,and gavaged for 7 weeks .We detected the toxic effect of triptolide on the rat myocardial from morphology aspect by methods of light microscope and electron microscopy.ResultsVia HE staining we detected the expansion of left ventricular myocardial interstitium congestive in the group of triptolide; via electron microscopy we detected that myocardial left ventricular papillary muscles had edema, mitochondrial swelling and a bad break ridge,and found the expansion of sarcoplasmic reticulum in the group of triptolide. ConclusionMyocardial has a high sensitivity to triptolide.A long-term administration of triptolide has a toxic effect on the rat myocardial.
