摘要
雷公藤（TripterygiumwilfordiiHook．f）系卫矛科雷公藤属木质藤本植物，具有祛风除湿、舒筋活络、消肿止痛、杀虫解毒等多种药理活性，广泛应用于临床治疗各类疾病。同时，其毒副作用和不良反应也日益受到关注。本文从肝脏毒性、肾脏毒性、心脏毒性、生殖毒性及其他方面对其进行了综述。
Tripterygium wilfordii is Department of Tripterygium Celastraceae LIANAS has Qufengchushi, Shujin, swelling and pain, insecticide detoxification pharmacological activity, widely used in clinical treatment all kinds of diseases. Meanwhile, its side effects and adverse reactions are also a growing concern. From liver toxicity, kidney toxicity, cardiac toxicity, reproductive toxicity, and other aspects of their reviewed.
