摘要 随着人类基因组计划的完成,分子生物学研究进入后基因组时代,基因转染技术也成为重要的实验手段,被广泛应用于基因功能研究及基因治疗。基因转染的方法包括化学法、物理法、生物法,它们各有优缺点。现主要概述基因转染的基本方法及其在白血病基因功能研究及基因治疗中的应用。 With the completion of the human genome project,molecular biological study has entered the post-genomic era. Gene transfection has become an important experimental method,and it has been widely used in researching gene function and therapy. Gene transfer methods include chemical,physical and biological methods. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The goal of this review is to outline the basic methods of gene transfection and its application in researching gene function and gene therapy for leukemia.
