摘要
目的建立退烧冲剂中黄芩苷含量测定方法。方法黄芩苷的含量测定采用HPLC法。结果黄芩苷在进样量24.8～248μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997)。平均加样回收率为96.31%,RSD=1.28%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于退烧冲剂中黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of baicalin in Tuishao granule. Methods The technique of high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used to determine baicalin contents. Results Within range of 24.8-248 μg/ml,baicalin presented a fine linear relationship （r=0.999 7）. The average recovery rate of baicalin was 96.31% with RSD 1.28%（n=6）. Conclusion This method is sensitive, time-saving and accurate for the determinition of baicalin in Tuishao granule.
