摘要
介绍了以二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯（ＭＤＩ）、多元醇、甲苯和磷酸三丁酯为原料合成橡胶地毯用静电植绒胶的中试工艺路线。讨论了各种因素对粘度的影响，得出了优惠工艺条件。测试了橡胶地毯的耐磨性能。该工艺具有成本低、操作简单易行等优点。
The technology of pilot
scale run of electrostatic flocking onto rubber rug with MDI, polyols, toluene and tributyl phosphate
as the raw materials was reviewed. The effects of some factors on the viscosity were investigated
and the optimum technological conditions were obtained. The technique was low in cost and
simple in operation.
