摘要
目的探讨白血病抑制因子受体(Leukaemia inhibitory factor receptor,LIFR)在子宫内膜的表达,与原因不明原发不孕症的关系。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,检测30例研究组(原因不明原发不孕症患者)和20例对照组患者分泌中期子宫内膜LIFRmRNA的表达。结果研究组分泌中期子宫内膜LIFRmRNA表达水平为0.640 1±0.234 9,对照组为1.558 7±0.296 1,研究组较对照组明显降低,差异有极显著性(P<0.001)。结论 LIFR表达减少或缺失,可能与原因不明原发不孕症有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of endometrial leukaemia inhibitory factor＇ s receptor （LIFR） in patients with unexplained infertility.Methods By a quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）, we detected the expression of LIFR in endometrium during mid-luteal phase in 30 cases infertility group （unexplained infertility）and 20 cases control ~;roup. Results The level of LIFRmRNA expression on endometrium during mid-luteal phase in infertility group was, significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion The decreased expression of LIFR might be one of the major causes of unexplained infertility.
