摘要
用化学还原法制得了尼龙66表面金属(Ni)化膜材料。研究了还原条件、金属盐浓度对膜材料电性能的影响,以及膜材料的电发热性能,并用扫描电子显微镜对其表面形貌进行了表征,简单地讨论了这种膜材料的化学反应机制。
metallized(Ni) films were obtained by the reduction of NiCl 2/nylon 66 chelate films with a reducting agent. The effects of reducting conductions and the metal salt concentration on the conductivity, the electrothermic performance were investigated. The surface of metallized(Ni) films were exhibited by means of SEM obserations. Chemical reaction mechanism of the film formed was also briefly discussed.
