Study on ABS Surface Metallization by Using Artificial Neural Network

摘要 以NaBH4水溶液还原ABS树脂/金属盐络和膜,可制得一种新的高分子表面金属化材料,其导电性能较好.采用均匀设计法安排实验,运用人工神经网络(ANNs)对其进行系统辨识预报,ANNs的计算结果与实验数据吻合,没有实验数据的预报结果也显现出良好的规律性,从而有效地对影响其导电性能的各个因素进行研究,包括添加金属的质量,还原温度,还原剂浓度和还原时间等. New metalized films were obtained by the reduction of ABS/metal salt chelate films with NaBH4 aqueous solution. The metalized films exhibited excellent surface conductivity. The samples were arranged by uniform design method. The data were calculated and predicted by the model based on ANNs built by this study. Good agreement was obtained between experimental data and calculated data. It was found that the surface resistance of the metal layer was influenced by the mass of metal salt, the reductive temperature, the concentration of the reducing agent and the reductive time.
