摘要
介绍了Analog Device公司MEMS惯性传感器ADIS16209的特性,阐述了使用其测量倾角的原理与方法,并设计了基于Luminary公司的LM3S8962 ARM7微处理器组成一个倾角测量系统。最后将其得到的结果与Crossbow Technol-ogy公司的AHRS得到的结果进行比较分析,得到倾角测量系统在静态情况下可以准确地测量倾角的结论。
The characteristics of MEMS inertial sensor ADIS16209 (produced by Analog Device) is introduced. The principle and method to measure the inclination with ADIS16209 are elaborated. An inclination measuring system was designed by using LM3S8962 ARM7 microprocessor and ADIS16209. The measuring system can accurately measure inclination through comparing the results gained by this system with AHRS of Crossbow Technology Company.
