摘要
预制混凝土构件的垂直度偏差是装配式混凝土结构施工质量的一项重要控制内容。在对比中国、美国、欧洲的相关标准的基础上,结合预制混凝土构件的刚体特性,分析了吊线、经纬仪、激光仪和靠尺等传统方法量测垂直度所存在的问题,并提出了采用基于倾角仪量测预制混凝土竖向构件垂直度和水平构件倾斜度的检测方法。最后,基于该检测方法进行了工程试用,工程实测结果表明,所提方法技术可行,可实现垂直度偏差的自动化检测。研究成果可为相关标准的修订和工程应用提供参考。
The plumb deviation of precast concrete members is an important control content of the construction quality of prefabricated concrete structures.On the basis of comparing the relevant standards of China,the United States,and Europe,combined the rigid body characteristics of precast concrete members,the problems of traditional methods such as hanging wire,theodolite,laser instrument and leaning ruler are analyzed,and a measuring method based on inclinometer to measure plumb and inclination of precast concrete members is proposed.Finally,an engineering trial was carried out based on the detection method.The research results show that the proposed method is feasible and can realize automatic detection of plumb deviation.The research results can provide references for the revision of relevant standards and engineering applications.
