摘要
随着人类寿命的延长,老年性痴呆[又称阿尔茨海默病(AD)]的患病率逐渐增加,AD已经成为导致死亡的主要疾病之一,有关AD的确切病因目前尚不明确。越来越多的证据显示饮食营养因素在AD的发生发展中发挥了重要作用,对AD患者进行营养状况评估,并给予有效的营养支持,有望成为早期防治AD发生、发展的可行办法。
The prevalence of Alzhelmer's disease (AD) increases along with the increase of human lifespan. AD has become one of the leading death causes. However, the exact etiology of AD remains unclear. More evidences have demonstrated that dietary factors play key roles in the pathogenesis of AD. Nutritional status evalua- tion and nutrition support are important in the early prevention and treatment of AD.
