摘要
文章探讨了近年来在国外尤其是美国颇具争议的术语"信息通晓",着重讨论了它的产生、概念以及教育承担者、培育方式等,并介绍了在信息通晓培育方面取得较大进展的典型案例,并将之与信息素养做了区分。
This paper discusses the controversial term "Information Fluency" of recent years in foreign countries,especially in the United States. Focusing on its emergence,concept,education stakeholders and methods,etc.,the paper introduces a typical case of information fluency nurturing,and differentiates information fluency from information literacy.
