摘要
目的:研究还春口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法,建立相应的质量控制标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,对淫羊藿苷进行测定。结果:淫羊藿苷的含量可用相应的测定方法准确测出。结论:测定方法准确可靠、重现性好,可以控制产品的质量。
Objective：To study a method determined the content of icariin in HuanChun oral solutions,to establish relevant quality control standard.Method：HPLC method is ulitilized to determine the icariin.Resul：The content of icariin all can be determined accurately by relevant method.Conclusion：The icariin content determination method is accurate and can be used to control product quality with satisfactory reproducibility.
