摘要
目的:探讨控制肾气归口服液的质量。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别当归、淫羊藿、黄芪;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定淫羊藿苷的含量。结果:分离度好,含量测定线性范围0.3082～1.8490μg(r=0.99997),平均回收率98.1%,残余标准差(RSD)1.77%(n=5)。结论:方法简便、准确、重现性好。
Objective ：To control the quality of Shenqigui Oral Liquid.Methods：Radix Angelic ae Sinensis,Herba Epimedii and Radix Astragali of Shenqigui Oral Liquid were identified by TLC,icariiu was determined by HPLC.Results：The linear range was between 0.3082-1.8490 μg.The recovery rate was 98.1% and RSD was 1.77%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate with good reproducibility.
