摘要
成立于1862年的京师同文馆在中西文化交流史上有着十分重要的地位。学术界从语言、历史、文化、教育等角度对京师同文馆展开研究,取得了许多成果。如京师同文馆成立的原因、课程设置、人物评价、社会影响等,学术界都有了较为深入的研究。但是,京师同文馆中外教学人员共同翻译的各类书籍,尤其是法学书籍以及法学术语,还没有引起人们足够的重视。
Jingshitongwenguan, established in 1862, played a very important part in the communication between Chinese and western countries in Chinese history. Academic circles have gained much achievement in language, history and education, such as the cause, course, people, effect and so on. But some books translated from the west, especialy books about law, haven＇t gained people＇s attention.
