摘要
以部分中国春双端体为材料用土培盆栽法对小麦各染色体组有效利用土壤潜在磷基因的遗传分析表明:小麦不同染色体臂上所携基因对小麦有效利用土壤潜在磷特性具不同效应,在供试材料中,B组染色体所缺失的臂在缺磷下对籽粒产量的贡献较大,其中以4BS、5BS效应最强;而D组所有缺失的染色体臂及大部分A组所缺失的染色体臂(除3AS、6AL外)在缺磷下则对籽粒产量有较强的抑制效应,其中以5DS、3DL及2AL。
Genetical analysis of gene effects connected to utilizing potential soil phosphorus of common wheat are carried out through pot screening method by using a set of Chinese Spring telodisomic lines in the experiment,the results show:(1) Genes carried on different chromosome arms of Chinese Spring have different effects on the characteristics of utilizing potential soil phosphorus.Among the lines used in the experiment,the absent arms in genome B carry positive genes on the characteristics,among which 4B S,5B S have the strongest effects.In the contrary,all absent arms in genome D and most of arms absent in genome A (except for 3A S,6A L) carry inhibiting genes on the character istics,among which 5D S,3D L and 2A L,1A S have the strongest negative effects.(2) The effects of some chromosome arms of Chinese Spring on yield of CK and P treatment are different,that means yield characteristics of Chinese Spring under CK and P conditions are probably controlled by different gene systems.
