批发业属于生产性服务业中的流通服务业,批发市场是北京批发业的重要形式。从辐射范围看,北京大型玩具批发市场、服装批发市场、农产品批发市场都能辐射到北京周边的河北、内蒙古、山西、山东、天津、辽宁等省区;从辐射强度上,距离北京由近到远递减。北京大型批发市场的发展,在辐射能力、交易方式、竞争及发展环境方面都存在一些问题。要提升大型批发市场的辐射力,必须开发市场需求、优化空间集聚、提高竞争能力,并且要争取必要的政策支持。
Wholesale industry falls under the category of circulation service industry in producing service industry.Wholesale market is an important part of Beijing wholesale trade.From radiation range,large-scale toys wholesale market,clothing wholesale market and agricultural products wholesale market in Beijing can radiate its neighboring provinces and regions including Hebei,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Shandong,Tianjin,Liaoning,etc.From radiation intensity,the farther distance away from Beijing,the weaker the radiation is.There are problems in the development of large-scale wholesale market as to radiation ability,transaction approaches,competition and development environment.To improve the radiation,large-scale wholesale markets must explore the market demand,optimize the space agglomeration,improve the competition power,and strive to get the necessary policy support.
