摘要
北京生产性服务业包括金融服务、信息服务、科技服务、商务服务和流通服务业等五大行业,其区位商值都很高,具有很强的辐射力。北京生产性服务业尽管取得了长足发展,但也存在诸多问题。在首都经济定位中,应将生产性服务业作为重中之重,并将市外市场作为主要目标。北京生产性服务业总的定位应发展为引领全国生产性服务业创新中心,立足中国,辐射亚洲。应把北京的生产性服务业作为环渤海地区区域经济一体化的动力机制。各生产性服务行业都有不同的功能和空间定位。
The producer services in Beijing involve 5 industries including finance services, information services, science and technology services, business services and circulation services, with high location quotient and very strong radiation. Despite the rapid development of producer services in Beijing, there are still many problems, too. The producer services should be given top priority in Beijing regional economy, with the main target on the market outside Beijing. Generally speaking, the producer services in Beijing should be oriented to develop into a leading innovation center for producer services nationwide, which is China-based but with radiation Asia-wide. The producer services in Beijing should serve as a dynamic mechanism in regional economic integration around Bohai Sea, with different functions and spatial orientations for various producer service industries.
