摘要
随着高校后勤社会化改革进程的不断深入和高校逐年扩大招生规模,许多高校学生公寓相当饱合甚至严重不足,学生公寓安全保卫工作遇到的新问题也日益突出,诱发事端的苗头和隐患大量存在。本文从如何形成有效管理机制、完善安全防护设施、落实学生公寓安全管理手段、提高住宿生自我防范意识及设立并适时启动安全预案等五个方面,探讨加强和改进高校学生公寓安全保卫工作思路。
With the deepening of the reform of logistics and the expansion of enrollment each year,many colleges have been suffering from shortage of dormitories.On the other hand,there have been risks that would pose great challenges to the safety and security work.This paper makes an attempt to discuss measures to improve the work from the following five aspects: management mechanism;facilities;approaches;awareness and prevention plans.
