摘要
校园安全文化作为安全文化和校园文化的重要组成部分,具有导向、凝聚、激励、约束和规范行为的功能,校园安全文化建设就是要在校园内部营造一种安全意识与氛围,以保障师生员工生命安全与健康,促进校园正常生活秩序的稳定运行。本文结合高职院校的特点,探索了校园安全文化建设的形式与途径。
As an important part of safety culture and campus culture, campus safety culture has the functions of direction, cohesion, motivation, discipline and behavior normalizing. The objective of campus safety culture construction is to create a climate of security protecting, life safety and health of teaching stuff and students promoting stable operation of campus normal life within the campus.
