摘要
本文研究了稀土离子(La^3+、Nd^3+、Sm^3+、Gd^3+和Y^3+)对纤维素酶活性的影响作用.研究结果表明:(1)稀土离子对纤维素酶的作用效果取决于稀土浓度.低浓度的稀土离子对纤维素酶有激活作用,而高浓度对酶活性有抑制作用.(2)稀土离子Nd^3+对纤维素酶的激活作用最为显著,其最佳激活浓度为1×10^-9~1×10^-7g/L,可提高滤纸酶活约25.92%,羧甲基纤维素钠酶活约175.8%,纤维二糖酶活约33.82%.
In this paper,the effect of rare earth ions (La^3+,Nd^3+,Sm^3+,Gd^3+and Y^3+) on cellulase activity was studied. The effect of rare earth on cellulose is depended on its concentration. Lower concentratioia can activate the cellulase whereas higher one causes inhibition on the cellulose. Five kinds of rare earth ions can activate the cellulase among which Nd3+is most remarkable. Nd^3+have the most obvious stimulation and its optimum concentration is 10×10^-9~1×10^-7g/L;The FPA,the CMCase and cellobiohydrase can be increased by 25.92%, 175.8%,33.82% respectively.
