摘要
研究分析干扰钙型营养素补充剂中铅含量测定的影响因素,依据样品特点及基体改进剂作用机理,选择磷酸二氢铵和硝酸镁作为基体改进剂协同使用,优化试验条件为:2mg/mL磷酸二氢铵溶液与1mg/mL硝酸镁溶液以1∶1(体积比)湿法添加,灰化温度提高至800℃,原子化温度1200℃,实现了钙型营养素补充剂中铅含量的准确定量。
The interfering factors of determination of lead in calcium nutrient supplements were studied,based on sample characteristics and the role of matrix modifier mechanism,select the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium nitrate as matrix modifier to use.The optimize conditions are as follows: 2 mg/mL solution of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium nitrate solution 1 mg/mL:a proportion of 1∶1 to add,ashing temperature to 800 ℃,atomization temperature 1 200 ℃,the realization of a calcium-based nutrient supplements in the lead content of the exact quantitative.
