摘要
目的:观察综合康复疗法对脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的作用。方法:60例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者分为3组,均按脑卒中常规治疗,A组21例同时加用吞咽功能训练、项针疗法及低频电刺激;B组20例加用低频电刺激及项针疗法;C组19例给予低频电刺激。结果:治疗3周后,3组吞咽及言语功能分级均较治疗前明显提高,且A组高于B、C组(P<0.05,0.01);临床疗效比较,痊愈显效率及总有效率A组>B组>C组(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:多项适宜的综合康复治疗对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍的改善和恢复有很大作用。
Objective：To investigate the influence of integrative rehabilitation therapy（functional training,acupuncture,vocastim-master）on the recovery of dysphagia from cerebral infarction.Methods：Sixty patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.The patients in group A（n=21）received functional training,acupuncture and vocastim-master,those in group B received acupuncture and vocastim-master,and those in group C received vocastim-master only.Results：After treatment for 3 weeks,there was a significant improvement on dysphagia（P0.01）,and the effects were more significant in group than in groups B and C（P0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive rehabilitation treatment is the best curative project on the function recovery in stroke patients with dysphagia.
