神经肌肉电刺激联合冰刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍 被引量:3

Effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and ice stimulus on dysphagia following stroke

摘要 目的观察咽部采用神经肌肉电刺激联合冰刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的疗效。方法对经水吞咽测试(WST)[1]进行吞咽功能评分确诊的36例吞咽功能障碍患者随机分为三组,电刺激联合冰刺激治疗组12例;电刺激治疗组12例;冰刺激治疗组12例。治疗前和治疗后2周进行吞咽功能评分,并进行组间比较。同时观察不良反应。结果治疗前,3组吞咽功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,3组吞咽功能评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合治疗组吞咽功能评分明显高于其他2组(P<0.05),而电刺激组高于单纯冰刺激组。结论神经肌肉电刺激联合冰刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍有明显效果;神经肌肉电刺激联合冰刺激治疗优于单一的康复治疗。 Objective To observe the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and ice stimulus on patients of dys- phagia following stroke. Methods Totally 74 patients with Dysphagia following Stroke were divided into 3 groups, elec- trical stimulation groups and Ice stimulus groups and combination therapy groups. The combination therapy groups accept- ed electrical stimulation and ice stimulus. They were assessed with Water - swallowing test. Results The result of com- pared three groups the scores of swallowing function showed significantly combination therapy groups better than the other groups, Difference is statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ), Conclusion The therapy of neuromuscular electrical stimula- tion combined ice stimulus is effective and safe.
