摘要
以黄瓜野生变种PI183967(Cucumis sativus L.hardwickii)和新泰密刺选系931为亲本获得的包含179个单株的F2群体为作图群体,构建了一张包含234个SSR标记、7个连锁群(分别对应黄瓜的7条染色体)的黄瓜遗传图谱,该图谱覆盖基因组长度829.7cM,平均图距3.5cM。结合F2和F3的表型数据,共检测到5个瓜长QTL,分布在第1、4、6号染色体上,贡献率在7.1%~14.1%之间。
A cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)genetic map,based on SSR(simple sequence repeat) newly developed from cucumber genome,was constructed with a population consisting of 179 F2 individuals from a cross of PI183967 and Northern Chinese type inbred line 931. The map includes 234 SSR markers in seven linkage groups spanned 829.7 cM. The map density was 3.5 cM/marker. On the basis of this SSR genetic map,quantitative trait loci(QTL)associated with cucumber fruit-length trait was detected among F2 population and F2:3 families. Two QTLs were detected in F2 population and three QTLs in F2:3 families. The five QTLs were distributed in Chromosome 1,4 and 6,and the variation was ranged from 7.1 %-14.1 %.
