Construction of A Reference Linkage Map for Cucumber

摘要 利用黄瓜 (CucumissativusL .)欧洲温室生态型栽培种高代自交系‘欧洲八号’和华北露地生态型品种‘秋棚’杂交获得的 14 0份重组自交系 ,采用AFLP、SSR、RAPD分子标记进行遗传分析 ,构建了包含 9个连锁组群 ,由 2 34个标记组成的连锁图谱 ,其中包括 14 1个AFLP标记、 4个SSR标记和 89个RAPD标记 ,覆盖基因组 72 7 5cM ,平均图距 3 1cM。 A 234 point map of cucumber was constructed from a narrow cross between Cucumis sativus L.‘European 8’and a line from‘Qiupeng’, a cultivar of northern China open field type. The map composed 141 AFLPSs, 4 SSRs and 89 RAPDs and delineated 9 linkage groups spanned 727.5 cM with an average distance of 3.1 cM between the markers. Since there are seven pairs of chromosomes in cucumber and we delineated 9 linkage groups, the map is no fully saturated.
