摘要
肿瘤组织中存在一小部分具有无限增殖、自我更新和多向分化能力的肿瘤干细胞。这些肿瘤干细胞,普通的放化疗很难将其根除,并成为肿瘤复发的主要原因。在许多针对肿瘤干细胞的治疗方法中,靶向治疗是目前研究的热点。靶向治疗是通过切断肿瘤干细胞传导通路,攻击肿瘤干细胞表面标志物或诱导肿瘤干细胞分化等途径,抑制或根除肿瘤干细胞,其为根治肿瘤开辟了新的研究方向。
In tumor tissues,there exist a small proportion of cancer stem cells that have the ability of unlimited proliferation,self-renewal and multi-differentiation.Cancer stem cells are difficult to be eliminated by common chemotherapy and radiotherapy,which become the main reason for tumor recurrence.There are many ways to eliminate cancer stem cells.Among them,targeting therapy is currently a hot research.Targeting therapy would inhabit or kill cancer stem cells by cutting off the signal pathway,attacking the surface makers,inducing their differentiations and other ways,which open up a new sight for the treatment of tumor.
