摘要
目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定脑立清片中龙脑和薄荷脑的含量。探讨不同提取溶剂和提取方式对环糊精包合龙脑和薄荷脑提取效率的影响。方法:采用无水乙醇回流提取法制备供试品溶液。采用毛细管气相色谱内标法测定,Phe-nomenex ZB-WAXplus(30m×0.32mm×0.50μm)弹性石英毛细管柱;FID检测器;柱温170℃;流速:1.0mL·min-1;分流比10∶1。结果:在该供试品溶液制备条件及色谱条件下,龙脑、薄荷脑的色谱分离良好。龙脑和薄荷脑分别在0.0839～0.839mg.mL-1(R2=0.9996),0.0762～0.762mg.mL-1(R2=0.9999)的浓度范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为101.4%(RSD=0.9%),102.2%(RSD=2.0%)。结论:该方法准确、重复性好,可用于β-环糊精包合龙脑、薄荷脑的定量分析。
Objective：To establish GC method for the determination of borneol/menthol from β-cyclodextrin-borneol/menthol inclusion complexes in Naoliqing tablets.And the effects of solvent and extraction method on extraction efficiency were also discussed.Methods：The sample was extracted by reflux with dehydrated ethanol.GC method was applied for quantitative analysis.The column was Phenomenex ZB-WAXplus（30 m×0.32 mm×0.50 μm）with column temperature 170 ℃;the N2 flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 with split ratio 10∶1;the detection was flame ionization detector.Results：The good separation was obtained with above conditions.And the linear ranges of borneol and menthol were 0.0839-0.839 mg·mL-1（R2=0.9996）,0.0762-0.762 mg·mL-1（R2=0.9999）respectively;the average recoveries were 101.4%（RSD=0.9%）,102.2%（RSD=2.0%）respectively.Conclusions：The method was accurate and reliable for the quantitative analysis of borneol/menthol from β-cyclodextrin-borneol/menthol inclusion complexes.
