摘要
目的了解麻风病院内伤害病例的特征,为开展伤害干预活动提供依据。方法对浙江2所麻风病院2008年发生伤害的病例进行专题调查,详细了解伤害发生的具体情况。结果 85例伤害病例共发生伤害事件121次,伤害以烧烫伤(37.19%),跌落伤(26.45%),行走新溃疡伤(17.36%)和切割穿刺伤(8.26%)为常见,伤害的高发时段依次为中午(47.11%),下午(28.10%),伤害造成的后果以烧烫伤(37.19%),浅表软组织伤(34.71%),开放性伤口(16.53%)多见。结论应重视对麻风病院的伤害控制工作,护理人员在伤害干预中应发挥重要作用。
Objective To study the clinical features of injury cases in leprosarium,providing basic materials for carrying out injury intervention in leprosarium.Methods An investigation of injury cases was carried out in 2 leprosarium of Zhejiang Province,China,to know the details of injury happened in the year 2008.Results 121 injury events happened among 85 injury cases.The burns（37.19%）,falls（26.45%）,walking ulcers（17.36%）,stabs and cuts（8.26%） were the most frequently ocurred injury forms in leprosy colony.The risk injury periods were noon （47.11%） and afternoon（28.10%）.The burns（37.19%）,soft tissue damage （34.71%）and opened wound（16.53%） were the mostly seen injury consequences.Conclusions We must take the injury control in leprosarium seriously.The nursing staffs can play an important role in the injury interventions.
