摘要 目的:用癌症尿液筛查监测试剂{URC}检测尿液中特征氨基酸代谢异常的含量。方法:用URC分别检测健康普查人群和住院正在治疗的癌症病人尿液。结果:健康人群阳性率6.9%,癌症病人阳性率34.4%。结论:URC对肿瘤的检测有一定的特异性,且简单方便快速,是早期发现肿瘤和判断预后的一个有价值的参考指标。 Objective:To study on clinical application of urine test reagent for cancer { URC}. Method:Used urine test reagent for cancer detected urine of which from health person and malignant tumor patients. Result:The positive rate of health person is 6.9% and malignant tumorpatients is 34.4%. Conlcision:To certain deger URC shws specificity and sensitieity to malignant tumor. Its manipulation is simple and convenient. It is valuable for ealy diagnosis ang prognostic of malignant tumor.
