摘要
本文综述水环境中汞离子的分析测定方法。对常用的汞化合物检测方法,包括分光光度法、原子发射光谱法、原子吸收光谱法、氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法以及生物传感器法进行总结和比较分析。各种分析方法各具特色,分光光度法、原子发射光谱法、原子吸收光谱法、氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法目前已经得到广泛使用,生物传感器检测汞离子技术具有简单快速、适合现场和在线监测等特点,是水环境中汞离子检测研究的发展方向。
The methods of determination of mercury ion in environmental water were reviewed in this paper.The usual methods such as spectrophotometry, atomic emission spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectrometry, hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometric and biosensor were summarizesd and comparative analysised.All kinds of methods have there own featurs. Spectrophotometry, atomic emission spectroscopy atomic absorption spectrometry and hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometric have been widely used.Biosensor is found to be the developmental direction of measuring mercury ion in environmental water becauses of its fast simple and suit to online monitoring.
