摘要
应用AFS-3100双道原子荧光仪测定天然饮用矿泉中痕量汞。试验了王水(1+1)消解试样,并研究酸介质和还原剂用量对测定的影响。在最佳条件下,线性范围为0-2.0ng·mL^-1,其检出限为0.0003μg·L^-1,平均加标回收率为95%~104%之间。结果表明本法具有快速、简便、准确等特点。
A method was established for the determination of the trace mercury in drinking mineral water . The effect of the sewage sample treated with aqua regia( 1 + 1), acid medium and reducing agent on the determination of the mercury were studied. Under the optimum conditions, the linear range of determination was 0- 2.0 ng·mL^-1 ,the detection limit was 0. 0003μg·L^-1. The average recovery was between 95% - 104%. The method was accurate , rapid and convenient with satisfactory results.
