摘要
从中医学和西医学两个方面，对酒精性肝病的研究现状进行了评述。认为中医学虽对本病从病名、病机演变到辨证论治都进行了研究和论述，但至今仍不够系统和深入，而且大部分研究只局限于临床，尚未通过基础研究验证药物的作用机理及靶点。西医学对本病的发病机理从免疫、遗传、病毒等几个方面进行了研究，也确立了一些治疗药物，但大部分药物存在着副作用大难以广泛应用的不足，有待进一步深入研究。
From the perspective of Chinese and Western medicine, review the status quo of the research on the alcoholic liver disease. Chinese medicine has a lot of studies on this disease in the name, pathological changes and “the treatment according to syndrome differentiation'. However, most of them were limited in clinical practices, not intensively and systematically. Till now there has not been any basic research to test and verify the mechanism of action and the target of the Chinese medicine prescriptions. On the other hand, western medicine has studied the pathogenesis in immunology, genetics, virology, etc., and created some curative drugs, but the side effects make most of the drugs difficult for widespread usage. It also need further research.
