摘要
将300只1日龄雄性朗德鹅饲养至98日龄,从中选出体重相近的健康鹅150只,随机分成5组。预饲7 d后,各组日粮中依次添加0、40、80、160、320 mg/kg茶多酚,经过21 d的超饲养后统一屠宰,测定产肝性能、肥肝抗氧化性能和血液生化指标。结果表明:(1)160 mg/kg添加组肥肝重、肝脏与屠体比、肝脏与活重比最大。(2)80、160 mg/kg两添加组SOD活性最高;40、80 mg/kg两添加组GSH-Px活性最高;对照组MDA含量最高。试验表明:玉米型日粮中添加160 mg/kg茶多酚朗德鹅产肝性能和肥肝抗氧化功能最佳。
300 male Landes geese hatched on the same day were housed collectively, bred under the same conditions of light and temperature to 98 d age, then 150 healthy geese with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 5 treatments. After seven - days' pre- overfeeding, tea polyphenols(TP)was supplied in basal diets with dosage of 0, 40, 80, 160, 320 mg/kg, respectively. After overfeeding for 21 d the geese were slaughtered and their fatty liver performance, antioxidant ability and senma parameters were determined. Results are as follows: (1)The highest liver weight, the highest ratio of liver weight to carcass, and the highest ratio of liver weight to body weigh are given from group 160 mg/kg. (2)The highest SOD activity is from groups 80 mg/kg and 160 mg/kg; the highest GSH - Px activity is from groups 40 mg/kg and 80 mg/kg; and the highest MDA content is from the control group. It is proved that the supplementation to corn based diets with tea polyphenols of dosage 160 mg/kg gives the best results in the fatty liver performance and antioxidant ability.
