摘要
以入炉炼铁物料取样装置的液压系统为主要研究对象,根据生产实际参数,利用AMESim软件对取样装置进行建模和仿真,对系统过渡过程的动态特性进行分析,仿真结果与实测结果吻合。并详细分析液压系统供油压力、系统流量、钢丝绳刚度等主要参数对系统过渡过程性能的影响。
A hydraulic system of sampling device which got iron-smelting material into the furnace was studied.The model was built and simulated using AMESim according to the production actual parameters,the dynamic characteristics of transition process were analyzed.The simulation results were agreed with the actual ones.The effect of main parameters,such as hydraulic system pressure,flow and wire rope stiffness,on transition process performance were analyzed.
