摘要
研究提高压桩机工作效率问题,针对静力压桩机边桩工作支腿负载干扰大,自动调平难以成功的问题,从桩机结构和配重布置分析了支腿干扰力的产生,结合液压控制系统分析了自动调平系统难以实现的原因。为消除负载干扰的影响,提出了采用状态观测器实时预测干扰力,对系统干扰进行前馈补偿,建立了桩机自动调平系统的机-液耦合模型,对边桩调平进行了仿真研究,并对控制过程进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,采用的方法可以保证压桩机边桩工作实现自动调平,为设计提供了依据。
Structure,counter arrangement and hydraulic control system were considered to analyze the large loading interference and difficult self-leveling control in driving side pile of hydraulic pressure static force pile driver.Then a machine-hydraulic coupling model of self-leveling control system was established to simulate the side pile control.State observer for predicting the interference force in real time was used to eliminate the effects of loading interference.And feed-forward compensation was preceded in system interference.Simulations of the control process show it is a good way for self-leveling control in driving side pile.
