摘要
分析了原水藻类生长对机械搅拌澄清池出水水质影响的机理,并以某电厂为例,针对现场设备出现的此类问题提出了相应的解决办法:(1)调节原水pH值至6.5~7.5;(2)将二氧化氯杀菌剂的加药量由1.5 mg/L增加至2.4 mg/L;(3)将聚合氯化铝加药量由原来的5.6 mg/L增加至11.2 mg/L。采取这些措施后,夏季原水藻类异常快速繁殖时机械搅拌澄清池运行正常,保证了电厂的除盐水水质。
The mechanism of algae growth in raw water affecting the effluent water quality from clarifying pond with mechanical agitation has been analysed,and taking one power plant as example,directing against problems of this kind occurred on equipments in the field,corresponding solution measures have been put forward as follows:(1)adjusting pH value of the raw water to be 6.5~7.5;(2)increasing the dosage of chlorine dioxide germicide from 1.5 mg/L to 2.4 mg/L;(3)increasing the dosage of polymeric aluminum chloride from 5.6 mg/L to 11.2 mg/L.After adopting these measures,in summer season during period of abnormally rapid reproducing of algae in raw water,the clarifying pond with mechanical agitation can be in normal operation,ensuring the quality of desalted water in power plant.
