高硫煤中硫的分布和燃前脱硫可行性的研究 被引量:22

摘要 根据对我国20多个高硫煤的分析,高硫煤中硫的分布以黄铁矿硫为主,黄铁矿硫中有一半为单体解离状态,约1/4为浸染状态,其它为共生和充填状态。常规洗选对黄铁矿硫的总脱除率为35%左右。洗选后精煤的有机硫有增加的趋势。原煤硫分>3%的煤炭,洗精煤的硫分一般在2%左右。燃烧前洗选脱硫是最经济的脱硫方法,利用黄铁矿的密度大大高于煤炭密度的特点,可以用重力分选方法有效地脱除解离的黄铁矿硫。由于黄铁矿的疏水性和煤相似,浮选柱和浮选机脱硫的效果都不佳。煤炭破碎有利于黄铁矿解离。确定选煤方法时,要考虑脱硫效率。 Abstract Base on analyses of high sulfur coal from more than 20 places in China, a pyrite sulfur is the main sulfur content distributed in the high sulfur coal. There are 50 percents of the pyrite sulfur being a monomeric dissolution state, about 25 % in impregnation state and others in symbiosis and filling state. Due to the water drainage feature of the pyrite as coal, the desulfurization results of floatation column and floatation machine for the high sulfur coal both are not good. It is proposed to have a heavy medium cyclone, a small diameter heavy medium cyclone, multiple stage gravity separator and other high efficient heavy medium method for the high sulfur coal.
